Hardware & IT/Tech Systems

We have helped businesses as they developed, sold, licensed and serviced a wide array of hardware and systems. We have also helped structure and close systems integration transactions that involved multiple parties delivering a broad array of products and development/integration services. We have represented clients from many sub-sectors of the technology industry, including developers and designers of hardware and systems, developers of Internet of Things (IoT) products, multinational buyers and users of computer mainframes, telecommunications companies rolling out new products and services, and international financial institutions and non-profits deploying and using new or donated technology products. We draft and negotiate development, licensing, leasing, sales, support and distribution agreements of hardware and systems. Calibrating our delivery of legal services to the scope and scale of the project, we aim to be facilitators and closers of transactions who work as trusted advisors to our clients.
