Flexible Engagements
While we are happy to work with our clients on a normal hourly basis, where we charge in tenths of an hour increments, Wave Law® is also open to retainer arrangements and other alternative fee arrangements. This much we are confident of — our valued clients will get the expertise and skills of a partner-level lawyer at a major national or international law firm, but at a fraction of the rates of those firms.
Other Innovative Engagements
We are sometimes called upon to serve as an outsourced Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel for a smaller company that does not have the need or budget for a full-time employee in that role. We are also sometimes engaged on a project basis. This happens, for example, when one of our international financial services clients needs a lawyer with deep knowledge of technology and intellectual property law for a discrete project. We remain flexible and nimble to execute on our clients’ most important projects.
