Our Roots
The idea for Wave Law® came about because we saw an opportunity to create a small firm that would cater to passionate technologists, emerging growth companies, and multinationals alike, with legal services focused on technology-related transactional matters, corporate matters, and the related practice areas, namely intellectual property, privacy and business law. Having been counsel to licensors and licensees, investors and portfolio companies, acquirers and acquirees — all experience gained at the best law firms in the country — we have the experience, focus and objectivity needed to fashion reasonable compromises that help close deals.
We are flexible in our approach to each client and matter. With experience, we have learned that the best legal counselors are those who understand the specific needs and objectives of the client, and fashion a solution attuned to them. We know our clients deserve better value for their money — we aim to provide the expertise of a seasoned partner at an AmLaw 100 firm with rates that are a fraction of those charged by those top firms.
